Three C's Framework
This framework guides our designs. At the core of every design, there are three fundamental pieces of a design. Construction documents must be Code-Compliant, must be cross-discipline Coordinated, and must have proper Contractor Direction. These three C's are the foundation for a successful construction project. Our designs are meticulously reviewed using our developed checklist system to ensure it meets all applicable federal, state, and local codes — as well as the client’s own design standards. Successful projects begin and end with coordination. We work closely with architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, and all other design disciplines to ensure every system integrates smoothly. This proactive collaboration reduces conflicts, streamlines construction, and keeps projects on schedule. Lastly, a great design is only as strong as its execution. We provide clear, specific, and actionable direction to contractors, ensuring installations match the intent, nothing is overlooked, and quality is upheld from start to finish. Inspections are conducted regularly and items are catch and addressed ahead of time.
